When it comes to guessing where Kirk Cousins will end up signing this offseason, there’s probably no better source than the man himself.
While penning his farewell letter to the Washington Redskins, the former Pro Bowl quarterback tagged two NFL teams at the bottom of the post: the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Jets.
The letter appears on Cousins’ personal website, KirkCousins.org, so it’s about as legit as you’re going to get.

The Vikings have been rumored to be the frontrunner for Cousins’ services for the past week or so, while the Jets have also been said to be among those targeting the former Redskins play-caller. The Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals have also had their names thrown into the Kirk Cousins sweepstakes at one point or another, but this latest clue has us believing they’re no longer in the mix.
So it’s down to the Vikings and Jets. Which team will Cousins choose? We should find out soon enough.
