Look more depressed, I dare you.
Danny Amendola looks seriously unhappy to be wearing his new teal Miami Dolphins jersey in this photo shoot. He at least could have pretended that he was content by flashing a fake smile while they were taking his picture.

Amendola signed a two-year, $12 million contract with the Dolphins in March because it was an offer that he simply could not pass up. Bill Belichick and the Patriots were not willing to pay the 32-year-old anywhere near that much so Amendola made the move.
During his five seasons with the Pats, Amendola played in three Super Bowls and won two. In the Super Bowl loss against the Eagles last season, he played one of the best games of his entire career. That ended up being his last game in a Pats uniform.

Amendola needs to embrace the decision that he made to play for a division rival and go into the season with a positive attitude. After all, he could have stuck it out with the Pats if he wasn’t looking for more money. He made a choice and now he’ll probably sacrifice production on the field for a bigger bank account.
That’s just something he’s going to have to live with.
