The Dallas Cowboys have a load of public problems going on in their organization right now. Despite those issues, as far as the on-field product is concerned, the team looks pretty strong with Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension saga in the past and Dak Prescott apparently removed from “distractions.” So, how do we explain Dak’s recent experience with NFL Total Access then, where former NFL quarterback and 39-year-old David Carr just embarrassed the man on national television in a throwing contest?

Well, we can’t describe it.
We just have to label the whole thing as Dak conserving his arm for training camp and the 2018 upcoming regular season.
For Carr though, what a performance. He put plenty of mustard on his passes and was clearly the better competitor. He may not have played in an NFL game since 2012, but he’s ready for the call just in case his phone rings.
